Middlesbrough Lau Gar Kung Fu meets every Monday night at St Marys Church Hall 7 pm - 9 pm. Lau Gar is a traditional form of kung fu and the club is the only one of its kind in Middlesbrough. We have a mixed class including men, women and kids (Kids 6 - 8 years old must be acompanied by an adult). It is a great way to get fit, learn self-defence and meet new people.
